Communication & Workflow

1. Who is my primary point of contact? Your KAM oversees all communication and project coordination. They ensure smooth workflow between your team and our resources.

2. How do I submit support requests? Submit requests via our helpdesk or email your resource(s), copying the KAM. In workspace arrangements, tickets will automatically notify the respective team members. The KAM will act in an observer role in such cases.

Quality & Resources

2. What happens if my assigned team member is unavailable? We maintain backup support to ensure work continuity. Your KAM will notify you of any changes and manage transitions smoothly.

Billing & Subscriptions

1. What is the payment schedule? Small, growth, and scale-up packages are billed monthly in advance. Corporate packages offer quarterly billing with flexible payment options. All payments are due before the 3rd of each billing cycle. Your KAM will explain specific terms during onboarding.

2. Can I upgrade my package? Yes, you can upgrade anytime as your needs grow. Contact your KAM to discuss upgrade options that best suit your requirements.

3. What happens when I use all my monthly hours? Top-up hours are available at standard rates. Your KAM will alert you before you reach your limit and discuss options.

Business Continuity

1. What happens if I need to pause services? Both service pauses and cancellations require an one month notice period. Your KAM can review specific circumstances if your business situation changes unexpectedly. The notice period may be adjusted based on KAM approval for legitimate business reasons.

2. How do you handle business continuity? We maintain robust systems to ensure uninterrupted service. For specific continuity measures related to your package, please consult your KAM.
