The platform has a standard annual cost of USD 2,100, which is included at no additional charge for SkilledX clients. It provides a centralized workspace to manage the entire engagement lifecycle — everything in one place. Clients can track requests, collaborate through structured discussions, manage tasks, schedule meetings, access shared documents, and view timelines and updates in real time.

SkilledX adopts a balanced engagement approach, where ticket-based workflows are used for structured operational support through the Helpdesk, while the Engagement Platform enables relationship-driven collaboration, coordination, and decision-making. Together, they ensure clarity, accountability, and auditable communication across all stages of the engagement.

Structured Enablement for Faster Adoption

A dedicated enablement hub configured specifically for each engagement, providing role-based learning resources, process walkthroughs, recorded sessions, and reference materials relevant to your scope of work. The Learning Hub is not a shared or generic repository; content is curated based on the engagement model, industry context, workflows, and platforms in use. This ensures teams onboard new stakeholders efficiently, adopt processes accurately, and maintain knowledge continuity while reducing operational dependency and supporting long-term efficiency.
