Rejikumar Nair is the Founder of SkilledX and leads the firm’s CPO, AI & Automation practice. With over 15+ years of experience spanning enterprise digital transformation, business intelligence, and large-scale proposal leadership, he brings a rare blend of creative and technical fluency to everything SkilledX builds.
Before founding SkilledX, Rejikumar spent 15 years at KPMG Lower Gulf, rising through progressively senior roles across audit markets, digital transformation, and IT services — ultimately leading strategic proposal development worth billions of dollars across the Middle East, with a 45%+ win rate on competitive bids. His work spanned brand strategy, business intelligence, automation, and enterprise-wide digital adoption for one of the world’s most recognised professional services firms.
At SkilledX, Rejikumar has architected the firm’s integrated outsourcing ecosystem — spanning core BPO delivery, AI-powered automation through Templifyr, and ethics and compliance through 360SpeakUp. Under his leadership, Templifyr was accepted into the Google for Startups Cloud Program, and SkilledX has built strategic partnerships with global ERP platforms including Odoo, Bitrix24, and Tally.
Rejikumar holds a Master’s in Computer Applications and a B.Sc. in Physics, and has built deep expertise across AI, automation, and emerging technology through continuous professional training. He is driven by a simple belief: that world-class delivery, once reserved for the largest firms, should be accessible to businesses of every size.
