REJIKUMAR NAIR

Head of BPO, AI & Automation (Ex-KPMG, Lower Gulf — UAE, Oman)

With more than 15 years of experience across enterprise digital transformation, business intelligence, and large-scale proposal leadership at KPMG, Rejikumar Nair brings a blend of creative, technical, and operational expertise to building practical solutions for businesses of every size.

Nair spent 15 years at KPMG Lower Gulf, progressing through increasingly senior roles across audit markets, digital transformation, Sales & Marketing, Knowledge Management, Forensic, and IT services. He led strategic proposal development for professional services worth billions of dollars across the Middle East, achieving a 40%+ win rate on competitive bids. He was also among the early contributors to both KPMG Lower Gulf’s Branding team and its client-facing whistleblowing service, Itisal Al Nazaha.

He led website deployments for KPMG UAE and KPMG Oman on Microsoft SharePoint and Adobe Experience Manager, and through three consecutive promotions advanced into managerial leadership — serving as Head of Brand and Digital within Sales & Marketing and as a creative strategist supporting audit markets. His work spanned brand strategy, business intelligence, automation, and enterprise-wide digital adoption for one of the world’s most recognised professional services organisations.

What distinguishes Nair’s career is the breadth of experience he deliberately pursued. Rather than remaining within a single discipline, he worked across audit, brand, digital, technology, sales & marketing, knowledge management, and forensic functions — gaining first-hand exposure to the standards, governance requirements, and operational realities of each. That cross-functional perspective enables him to design systems that combine efficiency, compliance, and practical business value.

At SkilledX, he has played a key role in shaping the company’s integrated outsourcing ecosystem and the development of IndOS — the Industry Operating System — bringing together Quality & Compliance, Workspace & ERP, and AI & Automation within a unified framework. As part of this work, Templifyr was accepted into the Google for Startups Cloud Program, SkilledX established strategic partnerships with global ERP platforms including Odoo, Bitrix24, and Tally, and the company was recognised by SiliconIndia as one of the Top 10 Most Promising Sales & Marketing Outsourcing Providers – 2025.

Nair holds a Master’s in Computer Applications and a B.Sc. in Physics, and continues to build expertise across AI, automation, and emerging technologies. His leadership philosophy is straightforward: capability should be accessible to every business, not just the largest — earn trust, deliver results, and never compromise on ethics.
