Aswathy R. Krishnan’s career has been shaped by one consistent theme — understanding people, and building systems that work for them.

She began in financial services at Future Generali India Life & General Insurance as a Senior Sales Manager, right at the intersection of people, trust, and performance. The insurance sector taught her early that business is fundamentally about relationships, not transactions — a conviction that has stayed with her ever since. Directorial roles at RNBrands and Neerajam Hospitality Services later broadened her lens, exposing her to diverse business models, governance responsibilities, and organisations where strategy meets execution every single day.

Today, Aswathy serves as Head of People at SkilledX — and this is where everything comes together. Her role is simple in intent, complex in practice: making sure the firm’s people thrive. She leads people strategy, onboarding, and HR systems for a company creating real opportunities for skilled Indian professionals who deserve to be recognised, not undervalued.

Aswathy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Panjab Technical University and a Diploma in Computerised Financial Management from the Centre for Development of Imaging Technology (C-DIT) — a foundation in both people-facing business and financial discipline that shows up in how she runs SkilledX’s HR systems today.

Beyond work, Aswathy is a musician, a participant in cultural concerts, and a strong follower of Indian tradition and culture. As a mother of four, she understands what it truly means to invest in the next generation — a responsibility that grounds everything she does, at work and beyond.
