ASWATHY R. KRISHNAN

At SkilledX, transformation begins with people — and for Aswathy R. Krishnan, understanding people has always been at the heart of how she works.
Her career has taken her from financial services to business leadership and organisational management, with one consistent thread: understanding people, building trust, and creating systems that help them thrive.
She progressed to Senior Sales Manager at Future Generali India Life & General Insurance, where she learned early that business is ultimately built through relationships, trust, and performance. She went on to hold key roles across business, gaining experience in business models, governance, and execution.
Today, as Head of People at SkilledX, she brings those experiences together — leading people strategy, onboarding, and HR systems while helping create meaningful opportunities for skilled and experienced Indian professionals to grow and contribute globally.
For Aswathy, People is more than an HR function. It is about creating an environment where people feel valued, supported, and able to do their best work.
Aswathy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Panjab Technical University and a Diploma in Computerised Financial Management from the Centre for Development of Imaging Technology (C-DIT).
Beyond work, she is a musician and an active participant in cultural concerts. As a mother of four, her sense of responsibility to family, community, and the people she works with continues to shape how she leads.
