Anu Radhakrishnan is architecting IndOs into what its name promises — an Industry Operating System, built on three pillars working as one: Quality & Compliance, Workspace & ERP, and AI & Automation. It’s a combination few individuals can credibly lead, and Anu champions it through both academics and hands-on experience. A Canada resident, he brings genuine international quality-engineering exposure to the role.
That foundation was built on the manufacturing floor at Honda of Canada Manufacturing Plant, where he applied FMEA, SPC, APQP, and PPAP methodologies to live production environments — reducing defect rates and improving process efficiency through rigorous root-cause analysis. His background spans IATF 16949 and ISO audit experience, Six Sigma process discipline, and deep expertise in CAD and product design through SolidWorks and ANSYS.
Anu holds a PG Diploma in Quality Engineering and Management from Lambton College, Canada, a Master of Engineering in CAD/CAM from Anna University, and a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kerala.
