Employers retain full control over hiring decisions and employment terms, while we focus on streamlining the recruitment process and providing specialized support.

Acting as a bridge, we ensure the recruitment process is efficient and effective. However, we do not participate in the direct employment of candidates, nor do we take responsibility for their performance post-hiring. This distinction is critical to maintaining our position as an outsourcing partner while avoiding legal entanglements related to employment laws in jurisdictions outside India.
Hiring Decisions: Final hiring decisions and employment terms rest solely with the hiring organization. While we may provide recommendations or insights based on our expertise, the employer retains full authority and responsibility for hiring. This ensures compliance with legal frameworks and protects us from any liability related to employment disputes or contractual obligations between the employer and the employee.
Professional Boundaries: We maintain clear professional boundaries in all relationships. Our interactions with clients, candidates, and other stakeholders are governed by professionalism and transparency. This includes adhering to data protection norms, respecting intellectual property rights, and avoiding conflicts of interest. We do not misuse or store client or candidate data beyond the scope of the recruitment process, ensuring ethical and transparent business practices.
Formal Agreements: All our services are governed by formal consultancy agreements. These agreements clearly outline the scope of our services, responsibilities, and the limitations of our role. They include provisions for confidentiality, data protection, and dispute resolution to safeguard the interests of all parties involved. We ensure that these agreements comply with Indian outsourcing laws and incorporate cross-border legal requirements when working with international clients.
Post-Contractual Commitments: Once our contractual obligations are fulfilled, our involvement in the recruitment process ceases. We do not assume any legal commitments locally or internationally after the end of our contract with the employer. This ensures we are not held liable for any issues that may arise post-contract, such as employee performance or workplace disputes. However, we prioritize partnering with reputable organizations to ensure that our services are utilized responsibly and ethically.
Operating Exclusively from India: As a company operating solely from India, we are subject to Indian laws and regulations governing outsourcing and recruitment consultancy services. We do not have offices in other countries and rely on remote collaboration and digital tools to serve our international clients. This structure ensures cost efficiency while adhering to Indian legal frameworks. All client and candidate information is used solely for the intended purpose and is not disclosed to unauthorized parties. Employer’s Responsibility for Jurisdictional Compliance: It is solely the employer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with the jurisdictional laws regarding the engagement of outsourcing companies as consultants. Employers are required to verify that their outsourcing partnerships align with the legal frameworks of the countries in which they operate. As a service provider based in India, our responsibility is limited to delivering services within the scope of outsourcing as defined by our agreements. We do not assume liability for determining the legality of such engagements under the employer’s jurisdiction.
Candidate Code of Conduct: Our recruitment consulting process is strictly merit-based, and we do not charge candidates for our services. Any attempts by candidates to contact employers directly, indirectly, or through internal influences during the recruitment process will be considered unethical behavior. Such actions will result in the candidate’s immediate removal from our list. Our role is to help talented individuals secure positions professionally and fairly, based solely on their skills and qualifications.
