Step 2: Requirement Gathering

Share your list of selected items and estimated monthly usage volume. we’ll assess your needs in detail.

Step 3: Custom Package Creation

We design your personalized package within your chosen package’s pricing range, covering deliverables, volume commitments, resource allocation, and customization options.

Note: Some customization options may not be available in the small business package. Our team will recommend suitable alternatives when needed.

Step 4: Service Commitment

A one-month advance payment initiates the process. This is adjusted against your first month’s payment after finalization. For annual packages requesting technical proposals, this fee is waived.

Step 5: Finalization and Onboarding

After agreement, you’ll receive a detailed document outlining all deliverables and terms. Services begin after sign-off from both parties.

Step 6: Collaboration Setup

Our comprehensive setup includes collaboration platform access, client portal setup, key staff training program, helpdesk access (for eligible packages), and senior oversight assignment (recommended for growth packages and above).

How do I choose the right package for my business?

We offer four packages—small business, growth business, scale-up business, and corporate business—each designed for different business needs and sizes. Review deliverables under each package and share your estimated monthly usage volume. Our team will recommend the best fit during initial consultation.

Can I customize my package?

Is there an additional fee for creating a custom package?

What happens after the package is finalized?

You’ll receive a comprehensive service document outlining deliverables and terms. After mutual sign-off, your KAM will guide you through our onboarding process.

Do you offer service level agreements?

Yes, each package includes specific service commitments. Your KAM will outline the details for your selected package.

What is the payment schedule?

Payments are billed in advance—monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly. Regular payments are due before the 3rd of each billing cycle. Your KAM will explain specific terms during onboarding.

Can I upgrade or scale my package?

Yes, upgrade anytime your needs evolve. Temporary upgrades available for high-workload periods. Contact your KAM to discuss options.
