Step 1: Package Selection
Review each model and identify the services you need. Consider both immediate needs and potential future requirements.
Step 2: Requirement Gathering
Share your list of selected items and estimated monthly usage volume. we’ll assess your needs in detail.
Step 3: Custom Package Creation
We design your personalized package within your chosen package’s pricing range, covering deliverables, volume commitments, resource allocation, and customization options.
Note: Some customization options may not be available in the small business package. Our team will recommend suitable alternatives when needed.

Step 4: Service Commitment
A one-month advance payment initiates the process. This is adjusted against your first month’s payment after finalization. For annual packages requesting technical proposals, this fee is waived.
Step 5: Finalization and Onboarding
After agreement, you’ll receive a detailed document outlining all deliverables and terms. Services begin after sign-off from both parties.
Step 6: Collaboration Setup
Our comprehensive setup includes collaboration platform access, client portal setup, key staff training program, helpdesk access (for eligible packages), and senior oversight assignment (recommended for growth packages and above).

How do I get started with SkilledX?
Getting started is straightforward. Review our packages and select one that aligns with your business goals. Share your requirements, and we’ll create a tailored proposal within two working days. Once finalized and onboarded, we begin delivering services according to agreed terms.
How do I choose the right package for my business?
We offer four packages—small business, growth business, scale-up business, and corporate business—each designed for different business needs and sizes. Review deliverables under each package and share your estimated monthly usage volume. Our team will recommend the best fit during initial consultation.

Can I customize my package?
Yes, within each package’s pricing range. We’ll gather your requirements and create a tailored solution. Your KAM can guide you through available customization options based on your needs.
Is there an additional fee for creating a custom package?
A one-month advance fee initiates customization, adjustable against your first payment. This fee is waived for annual packages with technical proposals. If you decide not to proceed, 50% is refundable.
How are resources and ad-hoc services allocated in your packages?
Each package has specific allocation models designed for optimal service delivery. Your KAM will explain the detailed structure based on your selected package.
What happens after the package is finalized?
You’ll receive a comprehensive service document outlining deliverables and terms. After mutual sign-off, your KAM will guide you through our onboarding process.
Do you offer service level agreements?
Yes, each package includes specific service commitments. Your KAM will outline the details for your selected package.
What is the payment schedule?
Payments are billed in advance—monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly. Regular payments are due before the 3rd of each billing cycle. Your KAM will explain specific terms during onboarding.
Can I upgrade or scale my package?
Yes, upgrade anytime your needs evolve. Temporary upgrades available for high-workload periods. Contact your KAM to discuss options.
What happens if there are excess requests in a month?
Each package except the Corporate package, works like a prepaid telephone plan. You can allocate the credit to meet your requirements, such as brochures, white papers, reports, proposal customization, digital newsletters, etc. Once the package price is used up, you can top it up, just like a phone plan. It’s that simple.
Do I need to assign a coordinator from my team?
Growth, scale-up, and dedicated models benefit from a coordinator and backup contact. Small business models can be managed by the owner or representative.
What is the difference between ad-hoc and dedicated support?
Under the small, growth, and scale-up business packages, we offer ad-hoc support based on your specific needs. This optimizes productivity as you book time only when needed. In contrast, the dedicated model for corporates provides consistent resource availability for complex, ongoing tasks.
Are all services available on all packages?
No, not all services are available on all packages. For a detailed list of the services included in each pricing plan, please refer to the Pricing Page. When creating a custom model, we’ll help add services that fit your package parameters.
Why don’t unused hours carry over to the next month?
Unused requests cannot be carried forward, as our monthly commitments ensure resource availability regardless of workload fluctuations. Any unused hours contribute to developing your brand assets.
Why doesn’t SkilledX offer lower-cost alternatives?
SkilledX delivers exceptional value through professional creative support and Big4 expertise. While free design resources exist online, they aren’t suitable for professional brand development. If cost is your primary focus, we may not be the right partner for your needs.
What’s your view on us recruiting your resource directly?
While we see this as recognition of our talent development, we encourage evaluating our full ecosystem’s value – including senior oversight, team backup, and ongoing development. For transparency, we require a minimum notice period and proper internal approvals.
What is your disaster recovery and business contingency plan?
We maintain robust business continuity through distributed workforce, backup personnel, and secure infrastructure. Our three-tier response system ensures minimal disruption to your service, with clear protocols for resource reallocation, temporary staff augmentation, and full team replacement when needed.
What happens if I need to pause or temporarily stop services?
We understand business needs fluctuate. For annual plans, services can be paused with 30 days’ notice. Our goal is maintaining fairness while ensuring resources are available when you resume. Extended pauses may affect agreement terms.
